Needs Analysis
All businesses have regular purchases that over the course of a year, add up to be a considerable amount. This stage identifies what you are already using and what the actual costs for those items are. From this information we can then look at usage and timeframes to identify potential items that could be bought "smarter" to save you money and increase your profit. |

Feasibility
Although there are wonderful quality items available from reputable suppliers in China, not everything is viable to purchase due to some specifications, safety standards, compliances, quantities and timeframes. This step looks at your potential needs and with your help, we look to see if its practical and feasible to benefit your business. |

Information
Once you are happy with the feasibility of an item, we then put together all the pertinent information to refine our supplier search for your business to then match the right supplier to the right project. |

Sourcing
So that we get an accurate "local" price for you, we personally tender each project to multiple suppliers to gather information on their service, quality, pricing and offer. These findings are then shortlisted to a more applicable list that caters to your needs and we report our findings with a proposal for a course of action. |

Alignment
Our alignment stage is where we have matched a supplier to your needs and physically check samples, capability, payment terms, production times, delivery methods etc. to align to your needs. On your approval we will then place the order and take steps to ensure that everything is to your requirements. |

Production
Once the suppliers production process begins we will audit the process to ensure the best quality and address any issues with a rectifying course of action. Your project will then be audited again towards the end of the production process to ensure consistency and also check packing for delivery. |

Logistics
We file the export documentation directly to the Chinese government and organise for your products to be shipped via a proven reliable freight forwarding company. We then prepare all the necessary documentation to be sent to either yourself, or a customs broker in your country. Your products are confirmed on their shipment and can be tracked online. |

Arrival
Prior to your products arrival in your country, we will make sure that all paperwork is received ahead of time to enable quick processing. If you don't have a customs broker we can assist you. Import fee's, Duty and Tax are organised and then clearance of your products to be delivered to their final destination. |
